3. AI Processing

When you use AI features, relevant prompts, course context, and uploaded materials may be sent to third-party AI providers to generate responses or converted content. We configure these services to support our product functionality.

Do not submit sensitive personal information, protected student records, or confidential institutional data unless you are authorized to do so and understand the risks of processing through cloud AI services.

AI providers may process data according to their own terms and policies. We select providers appropriate for our use case, but we do not control every aspect of their infrastructure.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Service, such as hosting, database, authentication, payment, email, analytics, and AI providers. These providers may access information only to perform services on our behalf.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate fraud or security issues, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences such as theme settings, and maintain session security. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling certain cookies may limit Service functionality.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and course data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain records after account closure where required for legal, billing, security, or backup purposes.

You may delete courses or account-related content through the product where available. Contact us if you need help with account deletion requests.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
